3-minute-6-packO.K. I think most of you coming here know it is pretty impossible to get a six pack in 3 minutes, unless you are these guys 😉

So let's not think of getting abs in 3 minutes as a one time deal, but over the course of time in 3 minute sessions.

I think most people can attest to feeling their abs burn real quick when you first start out an ab workout exercise!

The main question most people are asking is how long does it take to get a six pack?

The answer varies widely, but don't worry I am going to go over them with you and give you a custom AB Burning Workout that is sure to give you results if you stick with it and follow it!

Everybody Has A Sick Pack!

Think about it? We all have abs… it is just some of us have a thick layer of fat covering them! So of course we need to work on getting rid of that fat and also exercising our abdominal muscles as well.

Can kids get a sick pack? Can girls get a six pack? Teenage boys, grandmas, etc…?

Like I just said we all have a six pack just waiting to show up.

How Much Body Fat Do You Have?

You can do all the situps and other amazing ab exercises in the world, but if your diet still consists of pizza, fast food, and other calorie bombs that put you in a caloric surplus you are not going to see your abs! Simple as that.

Sure it is still good to do ab work, core work etc… because that will ultimately make you strong and give your abs some definition, but are you really going to see them under that layer of fat? NO!

Sorry not trying to be harsh here, but that really is the truth.

What About Your Diet?

This post is not really going into diet, but if you truly want to understand how to lose "REAL" fat so those abs will show then you really need to learn some simple math! Can't I Get Abs Without Dieting or Exercising?

No! Just stop lol…. I mean.. aghh… never mind just think about that and I think you can answer your own questions!

You can get abs at home without exercise equipment, or at the gym with equipment! There are many ways to work your abs and you can do that from anywhere so look below for my killer ab workout and some videos of some other awesome ab workouts that YES…. take only 3 minutes!

10 Minute Ab Routine

If you don't know what something is just search it on YouTube.
Instructions: Perform 1 minute each… more advanced, do multiple rounds. If you cannot do a minute do 30 seconds each.

  1. Basic Crunches
  2. V-Sits
  3. Russian Twist (Weighted or Not)
  4. Reverse Crunch
  5. Leg Raise and Spread
  6. Plank
  7. Bicycles
  8. Flutter Kicks
  9. Mountain Climbers
  10. Alternating leg raise touching toe with opposite hand
